Usage:
- Take a piece of thread about 40 - 50cm long, wrap it around your 2 middle fingers and shorten it to about 15cm.
- Use 2 out of 4 fingers (2 index fingers, 2 thumbs) to stretch the above thread into a small piece about 1 or 2 cm.
- With this small segment, we find a way to get it between the teeth, past the contact point, down to the gum groove
- Use skillfully to avoid inserting the thread too deeply into the gums, damaging them
- Note: The thread must hug the tooth surface, pull gently in the front and back direction, and pull towards the chewing surface, do not use the pulling motion in the outside-in direction with a large amplitude.
